The Fishing!

Öland is an island situated in the south of Baltic and connected to Sweden by the bridge from Kalmar. Summertime out on the east coast of Öland there is good chance for catching salmon, out in the open sea. The best spot´s are where the water reaches 70-100 meters depth. We troll in approximately 2 knot and with up to 10 riggs/lures which covers all the depth. When the salmon strikes your bait, it could makes runs for 100 of meter and jump high up in the air. Fishing period start´s in early Juni and last to mid October with a peak in August/September.
